If you need help with any problems with your PC, then I am pleased to offer a FREE e-mail helpline to anyone. Just send your problems to me, via e-mail and I will mail you back with what I think is wrong and the options you have to cure them. I don't guarantee to cure all problems, but I will have a damn good try. If you live in the North Cambridgeshire area of the UK, then I may be able to visit you in your home of an evening to try and fix any problems that you can't do yourselves, but as a visit would involve some expense on my part, I would of course expect to be reimbursed for my efforts. You will also need all your installation software to hand as well.
